Refunds Policy
“If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.”
Terms and conditions on refunds/returns :
Once your order has been placed we allow up to 24 hours to cancel. Once 24 hours has passed you cannot cancel. You accept this by entering a purchase agreement upon order completion.
In order to exercise your right of cancellations, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement to the email address below. Include order number/reference

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.
The refund will go back to the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns :
In order for the goods to be eligible for a Return/ Refund, please make sure that the product is intact and everything we included is packed back with the goods. If this criteria is not met we have the right to refuse or deduct an amount off the refund.
Returns :
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or Exchange. As the product is customisable we are only able to offer a refund or return if the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Keep in mind, these are built to order. We are not able to accept any packages back once they have been used.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. This is at the buyer discretion on how they wish to return the item.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
